The parliament is made up of two part the Sovereign and the House of Representative.The Sovereign in NZ is called Patsy Reedy she is the head of State.Her job is to represent the Queen and she also sign of new laws that have been passed. Her signature is called the Royal Assent. The parliament has main role changing and updating laws, making new laws and deciding how taxes should be spent.
